April 2009 - ScreenKeys to exhibit at NAB 2009, Las Vegas, Nevada

February 2009 - ScreenKeys release TFT128D ScreenKey Display

ScreenKeyshas released the TFT128D display.  This is a brother product to the TFT128 ScreenKey released last year.  The display delivers all the features of the TFT128 ScreenKey without the switch mechanism.

The TFT128D is a 16-it color TFT module with a 4-wire SPI interface.

The display offers 128*128 pixels resolution with each pixel capable of displaying 16-bit color.  The backlight is a long-life white LED.

June 2008: ScreenKeys launch first programmable TFT key-switch in the Marketplace

ScreenKeys have launched the first TFT ScreenKey in the marketplace.  The latest TFT ScreenKey technology features an impressive 128*128 resolution with 65,536 colors per pixel.

The main features of the TFT ScreenKey include:

• 128 * 128 pixel resolution
• 65,536 colors per pixel
• 7 lines, 9 characters per line
• SPI Interface
• Field replaceable
• Low bandwidth
• 32.5mm x 28.5mm x 16.5mm (LxBxH)
